LIMITED WARRANTY

GARANTIA LIMITADA

GARANTIE LIMITÉE

Service at 866.888.2168 for shipping instructions and service options. A Return

Authorization Number (RAN) must be issued prior to shipping a product. Please

call the Customer Service department number above or visit the ProTeam website

to request a RAN. If you have not submitted a completed registration card, you

must include a dated, written proof-of-purchase and a statement explaining the

nature of the malfunction with the RAN. If there is no local ProTeam authorized

dealer, ProTeam’s Customer Service department will give you the name and ad-

dress of the nearest field service representative or will provide you with the RAN

and instructions for shipping your product to the ProTeam repair facility.
No Other Express Warranty Applies
THE LIMITED WARRANTIES PROVIDED ABOVE ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE

WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY PROTEAM TO YOU, AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTH-

ER WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER ARISING

BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,

WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,

WHETHER OR NOT THE PURPOSE HAS BEEN DISCLOSED AND WHETHER OR

NOT THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED OR MANUFACTURED

FOR YOUR USE OR PURPOSE. THE FOLLOWING SENTENCE APPLIES ONLY TO

CONSUMER PURCHASERS: DISCLAIMERS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUD-

ING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT TAKE EFFECT UNTIL THE

END OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person

is authorized to alter this limited warranty or make any other warranty on behalf

of ProTeam. The terms of this limited warranty shall not be modified by ProTeam,

the original owner, or their respective successors or assigns.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROTEAM BE LIABLE

FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,

INCLUDING ANY ECONOMIC LOSS, WHETHER RESULTING FROM NONPER-

FORMANCE, USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR PROTEAM’S

NEGLIGENCE. SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY DELAY

IN PERFORMANCE AND IN NO EVENT, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE

CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, INFRINGE-

MENT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OTHER TORT OR OTHERWISE), SHALL

PROTEAM'S LIABILITY TO YOU AND/OR YOUR CUSTOMERS EXCEED THE

PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. The term "consequential

damages" shall include, but not be limited to, loss of anticipated profits, business

interruption, loss of use or revenue, cost of capital or loss or damage to property

or equipment.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequen-

tial damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other

rights which vary from State to State.
This limited warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, U.S.A.,

without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BREACH OF

CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, CLAIMS BASED IN TORT, NEGLIGENCE,

PRODUCT LIABILITY, FRAUD, MARKETING, STATE OR FEDERAL REGULATIONS,

ANY CLAIMS REGARDING THE ENFORCEABILITY OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY,

AND THE WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION TRIALS between PROTEAM AND YOU, ei-

ther party may choose to resolve the dispute by binding arbitration, as described

below, instead of in court. THIS MEANS IF EITHER PROTEAM OR YOU CHOOSE

BINDING ARBITRATION, NEITHER PARTY SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO LITIGATE

SUCH CLAIM IN COURT OR HAVE A JURY TRIAL. DISCOVERY AND APPEAL

RIGHTS ARE LIMITED IN BINDING ARBITRATION. ProTeam and You agree that

the proper venue if Arbitration is not so chosen by ProTeam OR You of all actions

arising in connection herewith shall be only in the state of Missouri and the par-

ties agree to such jurisdiction. No action, regardless of form, arising out of trans-

actions relating to the agreement, may be brought by either party more than

two (2) years after the cause of action has accrued. The U.N. Convention on

Contracts for the International Sales of Goods shall not apply to this agreement.

El paquete de batería de la aspiradora tipo mochila GoFree Flex Pro no puede recibir

servicio de ajustes y reparaciones de campo y se deben recibir instrucciones de manejo

especial para su envío. Póngase en contacto con Servicio al Cliente de ProTeam llamando

al 866.888.2168 para obtener instrucciones de envío y opciones de servicio de ajustes

y reparaciones. Se debe emitir un Número de Autorización de Devolución (NAD) antes

de enviar un producto. Sírvase llamar al número del departamento de Servicio al Cliente

que se indica más arriba o visitar el sitio web de ProTeam para solicitar un NAD. Si no ha

enviado una tarjeta de registro completada, debe incluir con el NAD un comprobante de

compra por escrito fechado y una declaración explicando la naturaleza del funcionamien-

to defectuoso. Si no hay un distribuidor local autorizado de ProTeam, el departamento

de Servicio al Cliente de ProTeam le dará el nombre y la dirección del representante de

servicio de campo más cercano o le suministrará el NAD e instrucciones para enviar su

producto al centro de reparaciones de ProTeam.

limitada a, pérdida de ganancias previstas, interrupción del negocio, pérdida de uso o

ingresos, costo de capital o pérdida de bienes o equipos o daños a los mismos.

L’entretien des blocs-piles pour aspirateurs dorsaux GoFree Flex Pro ne peut se faire

sur place et des instructions de manutention spéciales s’imposent pour leur expédi-

tion. Communiquez avec le service à la clientèle de ProTeam au (866) 888-2168

pour obtenir les instructions d’expédition et les options d’entretien. Un formulaire

de retour de marchandise (RAM) doit être émis avant que le produit soit expédié.

Appelez le service à la clientèle au numéro ci-dessus ou rendez-vous sur le site Internet

de ProTeam pour demander un RAM. Si vous ne nous avez pas fait parvenir la carte

d’enregistrement de la garantie, vous devez inclure avec le RAM une preuve d’achat

écrite et datée, de même qu’une note expliquant la nature du problème. S’il n’y a

pas de détaillant ProTeam autorisé dans votre région, le service à la clientèle de Pro-

Team vous fournira le nom et l’adresse du service d’entretien sur place le plus près ou

vous fournira le RAM et les instructions d’expédition de votre produit vers les ateliers

de réparation de ProTeam.

FORME QUE PREND LA RÉCLAMATION OU LA CAUSE D’ACTION (QU’ELLE SOIT

FONDÉE SUR UN CONTRAT, UNE VIOLATION, LA NÉGLIGENCE, LA RESPON-

SABILITÉ STRICTE, UNE AUTRE ACTION DÉLICTUELLE DE QUELQUE NATURE QUE

CE SOIT), LA RESPONSABILITÉ DE PROTEAM NE SAURA, EN AUCUN CAS, EXCÉDER

LE PRIX D’ACHAT DU PRODUIT. L’expression « dommages-intérêts consécutifs »

comprend, sans y être limité, la perte de profits anticipés, l’interruption des activités

commerciales, la perte d’usage ou de revenus, coût de dépenses en immobilisations

ou les pertes ou dommages à la propriété ou à l’équipement.
Certaines juridictions n’autorisant pas l’exclusion ou la limitation aux dommages-

intérêts accessoires ou consécutifs, il est possible que la limitation ci-dessus ne soit pas
