1. Dar terminado a la orilla de la tela. Para telas finas cambie a una puntada pequeña de ½” o menor. Para telas
medianas y gruesas dobladille primero la orilla de la tela.
2. Ahora doble la tela, con el lado izquierdo hacia arriba.
3. Coloque la tela debajo del prensatelas. Gire el volante hacia usted (en sentido contrario a las manecillas del reloj) con
la mano, hasta que la aguja oscile totalmente a la izquierda. Deberá perforar el doblez de la tela, si no es así, ajuste la
guía (B) sobre el prensatelas para Puntada Invisible (A), la aguja solo perforará el doblez de la tela y la guía quedará
en contra de la tela. Cosa lentamente, guiando la tela cuidadosamente a lo largo de la orilla de la guía.
4. Cuando haya terminado, la puntada quedará casi invisible del lado derecho de la tela.

This foot delivers a consistent and accurate overcasting stitch for a serged effect using
your sewing machine. Thread is locked around the edge of fabric, aligned with the edge,
to prevent fabric from raveling.
Le Pied Point Invisible est principalement utilisé pour confectionné des rebords
pratiquement invisible sur des rideaux, pantalons, robes, ect.

Press fabric against the guide plate of the overcasting foot so that needle falls near the edge of seam.
a. No.03 (Width=5.0) is used for preventing ravelling of fabrics.
b-c. No. 10 and 14 can sew overcasting and regular stitches at the same time. Therefore it is convenient for
sewing fabrics that ravel easily and also for sewing stretchy fabrics.

Caution: To prevent accidents, Overcasting foot should be used for sewing
patterns 03, 10 and 14 only. Do not change the stitch width narrower than 5.0
and do not change the stitch mode or lengthen the stitch. Doing so may cause
the needle to hit the presser foot and break.
PRECAUCION: Para prevenir accidentes. El Prensatelas para Sobrehilado deberá usarse
para coser solamente patrones 03, 10 y 14 y no cambiar el ancho de puntada más pequeño
que 5.0. Y no modificar ningún tipo de puntada ni el largo. Es posible que la aguja pueda
golpear el prensatelas y romperse al coser otros anchos y patrones.

ATTENTION! Pour éviter des incidents :Le pied de surjet ne doit être utilisé qu’avec les
motifs 03, 10 et 14 et la largeur du point ne doit pas être inférieure à 5,0. Veillez à ne
pas changer le mode ni l’élongation du point. L’aiguille pourrait alors piquer dans le
pied presseur et se casser pendant les travaux de couture ultérieurs.
